Un mit răspandit printre consumatorii români este legat de păstrarea prospețimii peștelui atunci când acesta este importat: „cum să-l aduci din Marea Mediterană sau Nordului și să mai fie proaspat? E congelat în locul în care e pescuit și apoi e dezghețat aici.” Tinem să demontăm acest mit așa cum multe firme pescărești consacrate din Romania, care recurg la importul de pește, cu siguranță sunt de acord cu noi și folosesc cu bună credință aceleași practici de afaceri.
